What an amazing journey this has been! I am one year out and doing amazing feeling great and wishing I had done this sooner. I am much more active wearing new cloths is such a good feeling and looking back at old pictures is strange.... What does the new year bring me.... More exercise and the ability to sleep better.... Trying to stick to eating right and making good

I wAs wondering if I wasnt the only one I am almost a year out and still have bad headaches

Here we are at 340 and about 115 lbs down and wow am I feeling so amazing mountain biking again and I love it! I missed it so much..

So update I am now down 115lbs and I feel so amazing! I am a new person and feeling amazing. My life and energy has changed so much!!! I am biking again and working out better then ever so motivated.... Went from a size 5x to a 2x and that is starting to fit me loose... wow... can't say enough how pleased I am!!! Thank you all for your support...

I am taking a multi, Calcium, b-12, Biotin and Iron. I just recently talked to someone who said I should be careful with mixing by Vitamins and make sure to take my Iron at night.

Then someone says take Iron in morning.. I am so confused.. When do you take your vitamins> Does it matter..

UPDATE: I woke up this morning and I am now 92lbs down! 8 lbs more and I will have lost 100lbs! I feel so amazing and thank all of your for your support!!!

Good luck I was there in April of this year and I am now down 92 lbs and feel amazing! Good luck to you and listen to your body and your doctors!

Officially down 83lbs... I feel so amazing.... NOTHING FITS ME.. but I refuse to buy clothes yet! Setting small goals and hitting them...

at 100 I will need too! LOL

I know for me I ended up being constipated and once I moved all that out with Miralax I felt so much better.

It helped passing the gas too!

I wouldn't say I am watching them so strickly I just haven't added bread and things like that yet. I have tried small amounts of whole wheat Pasta and I am doing ok with them.. Splitting them is good because I can really only get down about 1/2 a one and I am done...... Cool!

There are a few in the 210 calorie I can finish like half at lunch and save the rest for later, any else think this is ok for a meal.... I mean the portions are not huge and they have some great tasting ones..... Easy to pack for work..

I am so excited so many things have just even this far! I am so much more active it is amazing.. sleeping all through the night

Are you taking your Vitamins? I can tell when I don't take my B-12 early enough I crash by 7pm!

I was sleeved April 4th and I tell you until about the 3rd week when I was getting in more purred food and taking Vitamins did I feel better. When I was on

liquids I was just so tired and weak.... Eating some food helped me feel alot better... The liquids was hard for me..
