I am doing some advance shopping too for liquid phase. II bought Protein samples from unjury, Syntrax, and Chike!. I got the costco Premier chocolate RTD, G2 Gatorade , crystal light pure, and Better than broth chicken flavor. Also, some sugar free Jello and puddings. Final visit with NUT is today. Will get some recommendations on milk--almond, rice, coconut, skim??? Getting excited--surgery is 1 week away!

I had severe pain with PF in both feet when I gained weight with pregnancy. For me, the shots, physical therapy, icing, orthotics didnt completely resolve the pain even after I lost the weight. I had a bone spur caused by the repeated stretching. PF Surgery was the best option for me on my left foot. recuperation was several weeks. My right foot resolved with treatment.

I changed my healthcare to a ppo plan from an *** at the beginning of this year. It was more expensive per month, but there was less of a waiting period to get approved for the surgery. You could call to find out if the company has plans to change their policy limits. Hope you get a solution.
