Its going pretty good I haven't had coffee or soda in three dayys trying to prepare my self for surgey I have my sleep apena next week its comming up fast and I am so excited how are u doing

Thanks JUdy i am ver ecxited to be getting my band in feb i statred this whole process back in july and i finally made my date about a month ago I am pretty sure i well be able to handle the diet I am just nerves is all good luck to you in your journey
