HEY Shonette! Thanks for checking in on me. Im doing great. You told me early in the game that it would be trail and error so THANK YOU for that. I took that advise so when bad days come i acept it fix it if i can and keep going. I dont get on much anymore (scan site on my cell) so it was good to log in and see you. Someone that encouraged me from the begining. Hope everything is going well

Hey pretty lady! How are you doing? I start my optifast tomorrow and i'm praying hard i can deal with it. I hope you and your band is getting along well:) So much is going through my mind right now! Im trying to fing the good bad and the ugly so i wont be shocked. I know i got some things im goona have to go through some days im gonna say what in the world did i do to myself

About six more hours of eating and then NOOOO MOREEEEE. Start shakes in the morning really scared how im gonna deal with this.

been doing really good since my nutrition visitbut for some reason my weight is stuck but im gonna blame it on pre menstrual bloating 2 more days and i get my last test im so ready for this band

Went Mon. for my last test and visits got all done but i didnt realize i couldnt eat after midnight day before so i have to go back for ultra sound upper gi and redo my labs cuz they had done them and didnt know i ate next Dec 2. pushed me back but its my greedy fault {lessoned learned}

I have my last tests on monday22, after that i have my decision vist with the surgion. I'm scared excited all at the same time!!!!! Im so ready to start my new lifestyle!

Hi just saw your post. Congrats! I go for my last tests on Monday then my decission visit. Hope to get some support friends through this journey. Im new to the postings and friend adds so hope we can stay in touch. Good luck with everything!
