still holding at 175. the dr says i have about 15-20 lbs of skin to be removed so maybe this is as small as I'll get?

slowly losing but im down to 175!

finally started losing again 183

again i havent lost anything, i even started protein shakes again

im down 53lbs since surgery, been stalled out now for a month.

14 weeks -44lbs

3 month post-op -40lbs Woohoo Im at 200lbs!!!

9 weeks post-op -3.4 LBS, 10 weeks -4 lbs total of 33.8 lbs lost

8 weeks post-op -4 lbs, total since surgery 25 lbs lost

7 weeks post-op no weightloss this week

i want to cry! i got on the scale and it said i gained 2.5 lbs. What am i doing wrong?

Im 1 month out tomorrow and have only lost 16lbs. My goal was 15lbs a month for the 1st 2 months but i was hoping for more.

i dont get in till 8pm should be at the hotel by 9

i was told i only need to do a 3 day liquid diet, but at 7 days eat one meal and the rest high protein liquids. we'll be at the same hotel sunday night we should meet up

my flt home with layover is 4.5 hours and im not looking foward to it How long is your flt to florida? What time to you and your mom get into San deigo? and are you staying at the Hampton inn?

I get into the san deigo airport on Sunday at 8pm, and then heading over to the hotel. AW so nice youd share your Mama with me THANKS! Have you started a pre-op diet?

No, im going alone. My husband has to stay with the kids, and my mom cant get off work. I havent told anyone else im having surgery. What about you, are you bringing anyone?
