Hhmmm October. Well lets just see if my knees are all messed up when/if I get running full time again next winter (your summer). It might just happen, you never know! Chicago is on the travel itinerary at some stage..... And the $499 was up $120 on any quarter I've had while living where I am (3 years). Oh yeah for the price, Target stuff is good quality. The only thing I can't buy from there are fitted work type shirts, I have high waist and the cut of their shirts aren't right. We get most of my husband's clothes there too, he just walks around picks up half a dozen things he likes in his size and we buy them. They fit every time. And theres nothing wrong with some breasticles with your humour, is there??

Aussie targets are great but the few I went to when I was in the States blew me away. SOOOOO cheap and SO much to choose from. I remember I got 1000 thread count sheets for about $40, they are $150+ here! Next time we head over there, I'm bringing an empty suitcase and lots of cash!

Its been a hard secret to keep for 2 years though when the other 2 know and we're always trying to organise to go to band friendly restaurants (they are really great about making sure I am able to eat when we go out!) but don't tell her why. Make sure you tell her how she has broken your trust and that its not her information to be sharing. Some people just don't understand how much of a journey this surgery is to work through.

He works in a Supermarket and they aren't allowed to take their own food into the store (or into the locker room where they leave their bags when they are working) because they had too many instances of staff stealing while working and eating it during their breaks. They often do random bag and locker checks. Its completely ridiculous, but if he did take food and they accused him of stealing it, its a fireable offence.

Oh don't worry we're in the crappah like you guys. Our dollar has gone from approx 92 US cents (highest it has been in a couple of decades) to 66 in the space of a few weeks. The only good thing that might come out of it is that interest rates might come down after the Reserve Bank of Australia lowered theirs by 100 points this week. A couple of the bigger banks have passed on the rate cut, but the others have yet to follow suit. We're not holding our breaths though. So, we're all in this together, I don't think there will be many countries in the world who will go unaffected in some way because of all this. It pretty scary actually. And I just saw a dude I went to high school with on the Aussie version of the Proactiv TV advert (it was on in the background). He was saying how women approach him now because his pimples are gone. How bizarre!

Oh we are getting to be like a mini-America here (not that that is a bad thing IMO). We get alot of the TV shows you guys get, but a lot of them are on pay TV. Where I live we only have 5 free to air TV channels, you can get a couple of different paid TV providers that have things like Fox 8 and the History channel and stuff like that. I don't watch enough TV to warrant paying $100 a month for extra channels though. My husband (who is American) says Australia is like the States was 15-20 years ago. Things like the fact that our shopping malls shut at 5:30pm totally shocked him when he came here. He was like, but what if I want to go to target at 9pm on a Tuesday.....Ummm you can't haha

My throat hurts and day time TV sucks. Susan I had to take anti inflammatories for a back injury I had and my Dr prescribed one that was soluble in Water. If your band Dr gives you the ok to take them, maybe they could prescribe the soluble ones which are much easier to take.

You might aswell go the whole hog then...wanna cigarette and a swig of my beer? Come, on, its coooooooooool :tt1: Oh and I have a contagious bacterial throat infection. Hooray. I have 2 days off work on Dr's orders to rest. Be prepared to see a lot of me around here in the next couple of days my friends!

Thanks for your advice Plain. I'm heading to the Dr in a half hour because my throat is REALLY inflamed and sore, so I'll ask about the Ambien then.

I'm going to continue the whining about the insomnia. I can't sleep AGAIN! You would think if i only had 5 hours sleep the night before, I'd get to sleep pretty quickly. But no. The sleep gods are trying to teach me lesson about going out partying until 7am on Monday morning, I predict (it was a public holiday here, so I wasn't skipping school or work. I don't want to go back to work tired. A tired boss is a mean boss in my experience. Plain - Do you have any quick easy recommendations as to how can avoid another late semi-sleepiness night.
