For the next 3 weeks, I'll be doing bariatric surgery! I can't wait to put in my first sleeve on someone!

In 20 mins = 9 200 m sprints, 50 14-lbs wall balls, 40 20" box jumps, 50 95-lb deadlifts, and 25 burpees...not bad

gonna try yoga instead of a regular Crossfit class today....the girl who teaches it is super hardcore, so hopefully this will be one yoga class I actually DON'T regret taking!
