    August Rush in bandland!

I've learned its a process and a hard one at that. I was on another thread and it was" my first vomit". I was shocked at why she vomited...Eating hamburgers and Birthday cake...23 days out. We all blow things from time to time , My husbands birthday is tommarow and i will Not be eating the cake (DAMNIT its icecream too) , Because i got the band to help me and cheating like that is sabatoging myself. I have not cheated (Yet) ,although there are days i want to. ALL of us August Banditos are Awesome !!!! Keep moving forward and we all can use each others support!!! ~Jennifer~

    your scale of Drs?

I love the weight idea so i weighed my 2 lb weight and its right on!!!!
  17. Never Take Advil, motrin or any aspirin products. My surgeon at the support group couldn't be more serious about the fact that you can bleed to death from any aspirin products. He basically said tylenol only and pain is better than dead! FYI
