things are going great i have gone from a 20-22 to a 14 . i have lost 45 lbs still more to loose but i am loving this journey

Do keep me posted i go to the drs tomorrow for my two week post op hope the scale is good to me i think i will be starting mushies after that.

Best of luck to you. i strated back walking today so that made me happy just 20- 30 minutes but its a start cant wait to see some results i am sticking to this no matter what. Feel free to add me if youd like to.

Thank you so much for remembering and sending me your thoughts it is greatly appreciated. I never had to go on a liquid diet untill today to clean mysef out is this normal? Also i bought some whey protien drink which the nurse recomended do you mix it with water or low fat milk?
