  10. Feeling pretty good after finally being able to eat some real food. Even if it is just mushy.

  12. I finally made it to One-der Land and my first 50 lbs. I'm so excited. After this last month, I have something to rejoice about. I haven't exercised since my father passed earlier this month. So, tomorrow I'm gonna give it a shot and get back on track. It's been a rough month, but I'm ready to resume my journey.

  13. I get my BodyFit Media tomorrow. I can't wait. I'm excited about it. Now I can monitor my calories burned and what my metabolism rate is when resting.

  14. I got clearance today to start back at the gym with some stength training. So, I guess I will start on Saturday. But for today, 14,834 steps 7.02 miles

  15. I got my BodyMedia Fit yesterday. So far so good. The real test will come tomorrow. My resting metabolic rate is really low.

  20. I walked 15,000 steps. (approx. 7 miles) Let's see how long will it take me to get to 20,000 steps.

  21. I went to the gym today to walk on the treadmill. It was a nice change from doing the wii. I gotta keep mixing it up so I don't get bored.

  22. I wore my perdometor today and I walked 12,500 steps. appox 6 miles.

  23. I'm doing a see saw thing. Up 1 lb; down 1 lb.

  24. I'm playing hit and miss with the food I'm eating. Things I use to love I don't seem to like too much anymore.

  25. I'm told you s/b able to laugh @ yourself. So, I'm on the treadmill this morning really moving & all of a sudden my pants fall off. Thank God for big oversize tee shirts. I guess I need to go shopping.
