  1. I finally made it to One-der Land and my first 50 lbs. I'm so excited. After this last month, I have something to rejoice about. I haven't exercised since my father passed earlier this month. So, tomorrow I'm gonna give it a shot and get back on track. It's been a rough month, but I'm ready to resume my journey.

  2. I'm told you s/b able to laugh @ yourself. So, I'm on the treadmill this morning really moving & all of a sudden my pants fall off. Thank God for big oversize tee shirts. I guess I need to go shopping.

  7. Well the sent me the wrong Bodymedia. I was suppose to get the bluetooth. Just got the correct one today. I loved the one they sent in error, so I should really love this one. It keeps me motivated to push that last ten minuets or push to get the vigorus activity in and not just the moderate.

  9. I got my BodyMedia Fit yesterday. So far so good. The real test will come tomorrow. My resting metabolic rate is really low.

  10. I get my BodyFit Media tomorrow. I can't wait. I'm excited about it. Now I can monitor my calories burned and what my metabolism rate is when resting.

  11. IHave been waking up at 4:30 pm all this week to go to the gym. One more day to go. Its starting to wear me down. Gotta get some sleep.

  12. Doing nothing today. REST is all I have on my agenda.

  13. 18,712 steps today. My God I'm tired. That translates go 8.86 miles.

  14. I got clearance today to start back at the gym with some stength training. So, I guess I will start on Saturday. But for today, 14,834 steps 7.02 miles

  15. 13,051 steps today. (6.17 miles)

  16. I walked 15,000 steps. (approx. 7 miles) Let's see how long will it take me to get to 20,000 steps.

  17. The scale is still dancing around that same 1 lb. up 1 then down 1. Its starting to drive me nuts.

  18. I wore my perdometor today and I walked 12,500 steps. appox 6 miles.

  19. Back to Work tomorrow. What am I going to do without my afternoon nap.

  21. I'm playing hit and miss with the food I'm eating. Things I use to love I don't seem to like too much anymore.

  22. I'm doing a see saw thing. Up 1 lb; down 1 lb.

  23. I went to the gym today to walk on the treadmill. It was a nice change from doing the wii. I gotta keep mixing it up so I don't get bored.

  24. Feeling pretty good after finally being able to eat some real food. Even if it is just mushy.

  25. srating to feel a little better Thank God. Now maybe the scale will move too.
