  1. I was getting that and sometimes still do but from what I have read on this forum it appears to be gas pain and the gas pain is alleviated when you walk around which I have noticed that the walking does help a lot. I guess if the protein shake helped then that is what is necessary - if that would help me I would probably do the same. I have been working hard to try not to eat at night.
  2. :scared2::thumbup:Congratulations! Feels great to get into a smaller size.

  20. Hello and welcome! This article from msnbc has a pretty good take on Protein. Hope it helps. Protein 101: How much do you need? - TODAY Health
  21. I know how you feel. I was quite slim some years ago and am embarrassed to walk on the main streets near where I live because my ex-boyfriend doesn't live too far away. Sounds funny probably but vanity is part of my personality. I do a lot of gardening around the house and walk around quite a bit but would like to start by setting a mandatory 30 minute walk - even if I have to use side streets. Walking even at a slow pace has always been recommended to me by chiropractor as I have recurring back problems. To me, that's a nice way to ease back into exercise and good time to spend with oneself.
