Okay thanks for the info. I have not ate any fruit and I stay away from everything that has suger and everything is lowfat and low sodium. I try to eat everything as clean as possible. So far I am down 25 pounds since I started the whole process, but I have lost 17 with the lapband.

What kind of exercising do you do? I just started hiking South Mountain on Sunday, but for the past 3 weeks I was just walking. I just got my staples removed last week. Thanks for the support.

Wow! I just seen your photos and you have really inspired me to keep working hard. You look really good! I just had my surgery on April 29th. My starting weight was 318 the day before the surgery, and I was 327 when I went to a lapband seminar the first week of March. What kind of exercises did you do? I just had my staples removed so I have just been walking, but today for the first time I went hiking and tomorrow I want to start aerobics. I just cant believe how good you look. Congrats!!!!!

I live in Laveen. So far everything is good. I have my first fill on June 2. Everything is going good too. I am super excited to start losing more. What part of AZ do you live in?

My family thinks I am nuts sometimes because of all the things I do for my babies. They just dont understand. Your dog is super cute! So how are you doing? I just had my surgery almost 2 weeks ago. So far so good. -
So I just had surgery yesterday. I am super excited and a little nervous! :thumbup: So far I am doing pretty good. Not much pain or gas pain. I know I have a long ways to go, but I am glad that I have started now and not later. I hope that when it is all over and I am at my goal weight my husband and I start have a family. I know that my weight is what has not let me have any little ones. I can not wait to do everything that I have wanted to do, but have not because of my size. I wanna meet tons of new people and have fun. I want to sit in a booth rather than a table! It is so embaressing when I have to ask for a table. I hate having to look at what kind of chairs there is. I want to do so much. I am pretty sure everyone on here felt the same I do. I want to go on vacation with my husband! I want to not be limited to what stores I can by clothing from. I have so much work ahead of me, but I know I can do this. This is the begining of my new life. Everything is about to change and I can not wait. :smile:
