I'd definitely do it again. Whatever pain/discomfort I had is so far in the rear view I barely remember it.

I still drink a Premier shake for Breakfast every day at almost 4 months out. I'm never hungry in the morning for "real food", plus I like the Premier shakes

I'm sure she's trying to be supportive, but it's hard to feel like you have the food Police watching you! Hang in there

Mine is starting to come out; I guess I don't mind. I just ordered a wig. I'll use it as an excuse to wear cute wigs.

The bigger sizes take longer to get out of. The smaller sizes are closer together!

It depends on your body shape and how you carry your weight, too. I started out in a 22 and am in a 16 now, and I'm only down 55 pounds. I carry most my weight in the middle, and it's coming off there first.

Hmm, I continued to use my pills throughout the whole process. Guess it's another one of those things that varies surgeon to surgeon.

Losing over 100 pounds and gaining it back in less than a year. I realized I just can't do this anymore. I need help keeping it off.

I went they said it was a uti going to my kidneys.. This is the 2nd one sense my surgery never had a uti!!! or anything wrong with my kidneys

Do you log what you eat on MyFitnessPal or something similar? It might help you to physically see in numbers what you're eating, so you can reassure yourself it's not too much. Helps me a lot.

I've been ordering the BariWise Protein Bars, and they are amazing. They taste like a candy bar to me! They might be too high carb for some folks, but I'm really digging them

I drink the low-cal Gatorade every day. It's 75 calories for the 32 oz bottle. I drink it because I can't get my fluids in otherwise! I sometimes drink the zero cal Powerade but I don't prefer it. I find it too sweet.

I was sleeved May 22, and am down 52 pounds. So glad to have hit the 50 pound mark! Now on to the 75 goal...
