    I'm going insane!

    First, congrats on your size change that’s a big difference you should be proud of yourself. A change in your diet might help if you think your not eating the meals that you should. If your working-out and doing weight lifting you ma be replacing fat into muscle and that’s why your not seeing a change on the scale. Try to replace a meal with a protein shake or bar. If you have good restriction you should do okay with that. well best of luck and keep working your ass off...

    its been a while!

    Yup..Me!! So restricted until late noon..but luckly im not feeling the hunger.I do have a snack between lunch and dinner and when I get home from work I have a sugar free pop...Try a protien bar for a snack I have a myoplex lite peanut caramel crisp and lots of water or your fav drink..Best of luck to you and your family.

    Treadmill VS Elliptical

    Voted elliptical!! I love it!!dont own one but use one just about everyday at the gym.It so much easier on the knees and I find the treadmill boring.they have two diffrent kind at the gym they have the one that you could use your arms also and they have the with hand rails.I like the hand rail one, only I try not to rest my arms I raise them as if Im jogging that way I feel that im using my whole body. I get a better work out and always use differnt modes the change my everyday work out.

    What should I do?

    Seanamw is so right.But for me it was a WHY NOT!! shoot!! I thought of hidding it from friends and family but then thought WHY NOT!! mind you Im not one too brag "really im not"!I told myself (I have been hidding my self most of my life. This is a life change for me so why not share this journey with my friends and family.So I posted on my facebook and to tell you the truth it has it's up and down.But I think if you post it, tell in person your always going to have those few people that will comment to your choice or some that will try to prove to you that they could loss the pounds on their own .Luckly I had nothing but good comment and support from friends and family.Im proud of this good thing.

    Somewhat dissapointed

    Well said Healthy111!! My fitnesspal is a great tool..I am also using that website.just finished loging my meals and excersice for the day.."not a bad day".And like Theresa's Mom said "Slow and Steady" will bring best results.. Best of Luck Rubio5

    feeling like i eat so much

    Yup!! Been there also, I’m sure your eating less then what you think. Also you’re going into starvation mode and even more so if you exercise witch is also not good because you’re not going to lose the weight. If you feel that you’re eating too much but still feel hungry then try a protein shakes between meals about 8floz.Best of luck!!
