Just an update: I'm 2.5 weeks out from getting my Tummy Tuck! Doing great and loving this flat tummy!

I'm 6'1", pretty tall. So that was a long drink for 344lbs to hide in. Height is so forgiving! My goal weight/BMI is just under 200. Thank goodness.

Hi! My workout plan has been cardio and more cardio. I started with the elliptical machine. Now I mix it up by using different cardio machines at the gym. Im trying to add strength to my workout but I need Dr clearance before I try again.
Good luck with your workout, just remember that its all about intensity.
