Old Habits Die Hard - I need to constantly be mindful and aware of the fact that I must listen to my stomach and not my mouth when deciding whether to take another bite.
You will be fine, I think it's normal to be nervous. I was nervous too..but looking back 2 years ago , this is the best thing I could have ever done for myself. Surgery went smooth, easy recovery as well..You'll do great!!
