Oh yeah, broke 170lbs today......167 closer to my goal and so excited

down another pound this week......it was really hard to stay away from all the alcohol for the fourth but i managed to have only one drink, empty calories are so tempting

did my first yoga class, im still sore even though i work out every day........cant wait to go back next week

two years and 3 months out from my band date and i feel great......weight loss as slowed to a crawl, from october 2010 to october 2011 i lost 15 lbs. Finally back on track with my shakes and back to weighing my food. Weighed in last Friday at 176 and feeling good about it. Goal for now is 160lbs by Christmas.
