Hang in there and keep exercising, the thing I've learned is this is a life change, and we just have to keep trying until we finally change our life. I am trying to get back into the grove of exercise, and I'm actually doing pretty good with it lately.

Cat lady - Yes, I would do it again - in a heartbeat. I'm down from 248 lbs to 160 something. I have NEVER been able to lose this much weight before and stay there. I'll PM you.
