    Argon's Activities

Neenagh...we'll have to tag team her if she goes down that path. That's not cool.

    I can't believe this....

Shut up...Mumsy is your Aunt? I always tell her I wished she was my Mom. Does this mean you went to Shep too? Holy accomplished family or what? Huh..small world. I won't mention that I know you to her...promise. Yep, had to pay for the paperwork too. I think it was 60$..her nurse/receptionist is a real hag though and would never let me get away with that.

    Neenagh's Nutty Nattering

    Sticky stay put thoughts.
  4. Yoda, that sounds awful. I bet the milkshakes felt so good. So would a slurpee-sans the straw, of course. It's amazing how such a small about of added fluid can cause so much trouble. Feel better. Maybe you should go to Roots and get a new bag/purse as a special "pick me up" gift. You deserve something...I have a box of Vanilla Optifast that I'd be happy to send you. Really...no trouble at all.

    Argon's Activities

I had a nice long response for you Mandi and poof it's gone. The long and short of it was...go for it. I think you'll find it's more accepted than you think. Please post a pic. R-rated. Do not read this if you are under 18: Ouch...my sister has her "you know what" pierced along with many other areas. Don't ask, I have no idea what she was thinking. I don't mind kinky sex (actually I really don't mind a little fun) but come on???? She let some MALE piercing guy do this. I have a hard enough time relaxing for a PAP let alone a freakin' piercing. What the heck do you talk about while that is going on? "Feet in the stirrups, relax, so did you catch the latest episode of The Sopranos?" "There you go, keep it clean!" I can't wait to see your pic Mandi. Did you have a chin/lower lip piercing before?

    I can't believe this....

That's ridiculous! Becca, I'm sending you my Dr.'s name. She'll sign that for you. Sheesh...someone is on a "power trip". By chance is this man of short stature? My blood pressure goes through the roof every time I'm at the Dr.'s, it's a stress response. Next time you're at Shopper's, check it yourself. You have a lot going on right now what a fool for not taking that into consideration. He could have also given you some blood pressure meds and maybe a few days worth of anti-anxiety meds just to get through this. I agree with the other posts...call Dr. C and let him know what's going on.

    Surgery Question ?

Gaffer that's hilarious. Last time I was in Mexico this fool of a guy was walking around in the shallow end of the pool so that everyone could see his package. It was also a T-bar type. Yuck... I think I took a pic. of it...I'll see if I can find it and post it for your viewing pleasure. Speedo wearing tip:Remember to tuck the potato in the front not the back.

    Is this a problem?

Get Cold-FX (this stuff really works) and load up on the Echninacea (sp?) and vitamin C. Have you done your pre-op blood work yet?

    Mookie's Memoirs

15 years ago I was at a Billy Idol (The Cult opened) concert. Enter my mohawk and slam dancing days. We were in the Mosh pit and Billy (bless his soul) decided to pee on the crowd. When we realized what was going on, we cleared the way and let him finish...it seemed like the polite thing to do. I had mixed emotions when it happened...I love Billy but I'm not sure if I love him that much. Still have the outfit I was wearing. I've framed it and it hangs above my couch. Just kidding....it hangs above my bed.:speechles
  14. Becca moved in to her brand spankin' new house today. Hope all went well. Call me when you find the coffee maker or margarita blender. I'll bring over a house warming banana Bread. The Hampton's...fancy schmancy! Did I mention I live on a street called Gaylord (????). For real...what's up with that?:faint: Mookie

The job interview went very well. They have invited me back for a second interview with upper management. Date to be confirmed within the next couple of days. Until I finish my Archaeology degree (my true love) I work as a Credit Analyst. Basically a toady to the company controller. I review customer's financials and follow their credit activity with the company. Call them to make payments, call them to see why they haven't purchased in a while and I work with the different branches to grow their customer credit profiles. Boring, boring, boring and lots of big egos to deal with. Good pay if I can keep my mouth shut and keep this job. We’ll see. I ain’t promising nothin’! Someday I'll be working for a museum or working with forestry or mining co's providing test site evaluations to ensure Archaeological data is preserved prior to land use. I'd love to do some work in the Maritimes...they have wonderful Historic Arch. sites. My field of research is related to Chinese immigration/lifestyle/burial practices in the mid 1880's. With particular interest in their impact on Western Canada's gold rush period. What can I say; I never grew out of playing in the dirt. I also love to excavate old outhouses…seriously; they are some of the most educational digs. Aside from the petrified poop, I have found some beautiful pottery, old lanterns, clay pipes, intact bottles, money, boots, old porcelain doll, a huge stash of tiny shoe nails. Chinese sites give up pottery (celadon pieces are my fav.), tools, opium pipes and tins, small weights for opium scale, gaming pieces called Fan Tan beads. I could go on and usually do much to my friends chagrin. “God, Mookie’s talking about Outhouses again!”:faint: More to follow on this developing story…

I loved the pickles too. Quite satisfying when you are restricted from so much. Keep up the good work guys.

Nope...wouldn't touch your hair. I love it that length. And the spandex I'd make you try on just to laugh at you and then demand you take them off so that we could put you in some parachute pants. Maybe lay down a little cardboard and do some old school breakdancing. Are you in...err..I mean "down"? I have a freakin' job interview in 2 hours so I'm up early and causin' some trouble on the bandster site.

    Mookie's Memoirs

15 lbs loss is due to the Optifast pre-op diet and the other 5 is related to the bronchitis I caught after surgery. So none of those pounds are band related and I don't feel like I've actually really said goodbye to them. They may just creep up again. As far as exercise, I've just started walking my dogs again (last Wednesday night)and I don't go for very long (much to their disappointment) b/c I get this cramp/stitch in my side where the Port is. I think the most important tip (Argon's) was the little travel pillow. Walking, moving even going to the bathroom is much easier when you can kind of push on your tummy a bit while moving. Also sleeping with a pillow lined up from your armpit- down and resting against your stomach (on the port side) helps with pain. I'm going to change my ticker b/c it's misleading. I don't want anyone to think they can lose 20 lbs 20 days out. Hey, and if there are people out there who are...more power to ya!:clap2:-hmm..that's a lot of "there's" and "are's"-someone with proper grammar correct that sentence pls.

    Justin Trudeau

I wouldn't have kicked Pierre out of bed either. I have a thing for older guys too. Ah who am I kidding...I just have a thing for the Trudeau's. The eulogy still sticks in my heart. Kind of get a lump in my throat. So touching, we all felt the love they had for their father in his words. Gulp.

    Justin Trudeau

Delicious. Saw a pic of him cross country skiing. Yumm. handsome, educated, good morale compass. What else could you ask for? Just thought I'd share this thought. Sorry bandters, he's mine...okay? :scared: Number 2 because I'll be his second wife. Do you think that he'll mind that his second wife has the same last name as his first?

  23. I guess it's unsafe to eat politicians, too.:faint: Crap, there goes another food group. I think they are listed on the Taco Bell menu too. Always thinking outside the bun.:hungry:

Funny. Don't make me laugh like that. I'll come out to Calgary for sure. We'll take a drive out to Banff and drool over all the hot snowboarders. Mmmm...already drooling and it has nothing to do with food.

20lbs. Friggin' scale won't read a number under 200. Maybe I broke it and all the numbers below 200 have been erased?
