Congrats on the weight loss and the not smoking! I too stopped cold turkey a little over two weeks ago!! It is a TOUGH thing to do but so worth it! :thumbup: Yes Crystal Light is a great way to get your water in!! They have all different flavors too! :sad: -
Hey just thought I would pass this info on...I saw that posting about the Magic Bullet too...So I went online to craigslist.com and bought a BRAND NEW one for 30 bucks!! :Dancing_wub: You might take a look on there...I think costco has them pretty cheap too.

Wow girl that is AWESOME!! YAY Congrats! How long did you stay off work. I think we pretty much have the same job! I am also a Real Estate Admin. I planned on doing my surgery like Wed or Thursday and then going back to work on Monday! Awww I'm excited for you!! Keep up the great work!

Oh that stinks your insurance didn't cover it but talk about DETERMINATION to save up that much! Congrats!!!! I have to wait 6 months bc my insurance requires 6 months worth of nutrition visits. :cool: I want to get it done RIGHT now but hey I'm just thankful I will be able to get it done.

Actually I have Doctor Mardsen but I was going to see about switching to Doctor Fox. How do you like him? When did you finally meet your doc? I have only gone in for one apt and I didn't meet the Doctor yet.

I'm getting banded @ True Results in Richardson, TX in 5 months. My first visit was a piece of cake...nothing bad at all. It went pretty quick too. Best of luck!

I agree!!! Any weight loss is a GREAT weight loss!! You should feel so good about it!! Don't look as it as "only" look at is omg I lost weight!! Be happy with it....You will stay more confident on focused!! :biggrin: -

Thanks guys for all the advice!!! I already have it stuck in my head that I know I will not get a good nights rest so I have planned on taking the following day off. I am going to go ahead and get it out of the way in the next few weeks.. ughhhh...wish me luck lol
