  1. Hi Penny, are you talking about post-tummy tuck or lap band? if tummy tuck, i'll move to the plastic surgery section. if lap band, i didnt have to wear a binder after lap band.
  2. thanks nikki! i cant wait to try it out!!!! guess i know what i'll be doing this weekend!
  3. wooo hooo! i'm getting one tonight (DH's boss bought 2 and sold one to us at cost).. we looked on the website and it said something about running... it showed the Mii's running, but the player wasnt on the board or anything... anyone know how that works??
  4. its ok ... 8 miles is a LONG run... you are doing so much better than i am with running. i have my training schedule in Google docs, if you PM me your email address, i will share it with you. i think you're on a great schedule for your half... :rolleyes2:
  5. wooo hooo Karri... i've been slacking the past few days but start training for Chicago Tuesday. i will do something this weekend, not sure what yet.
  6. Kevin, i have the same question as Wendy. looks like you are trying to say that BodyBugg and your product are the same, which they clearly are not. I'm confused, please explain.
  7. although i waddle/shuffle more than run, i'm getting there.
  8. Terry, thats great - thanks for letting us know.
  9. best of luck to you today, Kat!
  10. oh, BBK, are you still around here ??? whats up?
  11. its from upping my mileage ... will more than likely lose it again - or more... DH was great with taking care of it - although he did say it was the most disgusting thing he's ever done ... on a good note - it didnt/doesnt hurt at all ...
  12. im staying on plan today cause even though inches are dropping, the weight is NOT ... grrrr. i want to lose WEIGHT.
  13. a LITTLE BIT of a difference ... umm, yeah ... more like a huge difference already ... you've gone and lost yer tummy and butt!! great job!
  14. ok ... this picture is NOT for those with a queeeeeeeeeezy tummy ... i've developed 'runners toe' ... toe on Flickr - Photo Sharing!
  15. ts - welcome back. i agree with almost everyone here, you can do it. jachut was right about the exercise. find something you really like to do and do it. swim, walk, gym, run, soccer, ANYTHING that gets you moving. best of luck to you, come here for support, there are many here that will give you the support you need and deserve. dont listen to the negative posters, they are just trying to cause attention to themselves. keep us posted.
  16. did it ever really leave?
  17. Karri, even unfilled you do have some restriction (normally dont have a piece of silicone wrapped around your stomach, so there's somethign)... if you are stressed, etc that could cause swelling and voila... a PB. Kat, im so excited for you!!!
  18. BBK, you are in my thoughts. i hope you are feelign better very soon.
  19. yikes, ONLY 1 tablespoon of food, that's not enough to feed my 4 year old, much less an adult. the band is placed so you can eat a "normal person's" normal meal. i do not see any normal people (aka not fat) only eat 1 TBSP. you need Protein and veggies and i dont see that coming from 1 TBSP of food. i strongly suggest an unfill. good luck
  20. i second the body bugg. there are a couple LARGE threads here about it. i love my bugg!!
  21. yeah, all the Disney medals are different. the 1/2 in January is Donald, full is Mickey. they have the 'Tower of Terror' which is shaped like a building... pretty cool... doing marathons for the bling...
  22. HA... i'd hardly call myself amazing, but im trying to just get off me bum and do it... i think this is one of my fave pics ... will post more soon.
  23. id like to choke my DH... (D does not mean dear right now)
  24. well I'm finished... thank god!! it actually washy that bad. my Garmin says I did 9.44 miles in 2:26:29 15:31 pace, 5:26 fastest.. whoda thunk I could go that fast?? my pace until the resorts was under 15/mile, but the boardwalk was hard to run/walk on & pics at epcot slowed me down... I have a couple pics on my blog, more tonight holy crap I did it!
