  3. totally mindless game... most points i've received is 700. anyone else wanna play? http://www.bassfiles.net/parachute.swf
  4. i can so relate to the lifting .. specially with my really large pannus. i hear you about that Mexsana! OMG  that's caused a few tear-y episodes when i didnt know i was raw and put that on. oh dear!! i used to get those too, i guess i never got them tight enough to help with the jigglies. have to wear a sucker-inner every day now to stop them. the 'strength' of them depends on my outfit for the day. it sucks, i have all these pretty new panties that are covered up by major spandex.
  5. i normally put a hand towel underneath and wear very snug fitting underwear (or a sucker-inner depending on what im wearing for the day), but now that i've finally gotten more narrow, the towel buldges at the sides too much and just looks weird. i guess i'll try the deodrant and see how that works. the towel worked very well for me for YEARS though..
  6.  ummmm ... no.
  7. im almost 17 months post op. eating whatever i want basically. id say you are about on target with your cals, just wont be able to really push yourself exercise wise. i burn about 5-700 cals when i work out intensely... only eating 500 cals, no way i could do that.
  8. i, too, eat way more than 500 cals. i lose best if i am over 1000. my top cals consumed is i guess about 14-1500.
  9. oh ashley ... dontcha know that the almighty Truxie is a trained photographer and has an eye for this stuff  ... yet, i dont recall ever seeing HER glorious pic on the before/after thread ... guess i wont now ... the ignore function is a glorious tool here!
  10. yikes, so sorry to hear about your dilemma. im a very sexual person as well and if im not getting it on a regular basis (3-4 times a week or more), i become quite the bitch. you may get better results with making it a private poll. just a thought.
  11. WOO HOOO!! is it the whole fat redepositing thing (that's the technical term of course )
  12. GAHH. i had to respond. just had to.
  13. unless of course, the typing doesnt get better... ZERO does not equal the letter O. All CAPS is never a good thing. or ... something
  14. or maybe you have mixed text. ALL CAPS AND PUNCTUATION and then 'normal' text mixed in? or ... you're just special
  15. But I Thought Wheetsin Tested That edit - dammit, that's it. Alex, can if be 'fixed'?
  16. HOLY CRAP! so sorry to hear everything going on right now from both cars out of commission to the arrival of the in-laws. like faith said, it has to get better ...
  17. no idea, green... but perhaps my lack of caps annoys people, but its cause i'm lazy , dont intentionally make it difficult and start a new sentence with each word. at least i do use punctuation... for now
  18. how is everyone doing now that we're getting closer? Tami - any word on anything? keeping you all in my thoughts.
  19. today - 45+ mins on dreadmill + core exercises
  20. It Still Irks Me When I See Posts Like This. Grrrrr. I Mean Really, It Takes More Effort To type like that then anything ... just annoying.
  21. well bigbaby the wls patients took 'the easy way out' dontcha know HUGE EYE ROLL my respect for Dr Oz has gone down based on this show. you'd think he'd be supportive of a way to get healthy..
  22. Cassie looks great!!
  23. this is something i am interested in as well. with my recent scare, i even said if there was just one small area, i'd go for a double mastectomy no questions. maybe this could be an option. my mother had breast cancer at 36, was in remission for almost 5 yrs and then got it in the other breast. so it's very real for me as well...
  24. at least it's coming out of his mouth and not his ass.... not that my dh does that either, but ... i guess it couldbe worse.....
