    yeah, im too chicken to even submit and i have UHC as well... im not going to worry about it. **shrugs** youch... hopefully they can take care of the hole without anything painful. can you tell me more about the massaging of the lipo areas? i've done all this research on the TT, but have no idea about lipo. i've heard that you 'leak' is this true?? :redface:
  2. i am being VERY strict in counting carbs. under 20 total (not net) a day. i use My food Diary :: Online Calorie Counter w/ Diet Journal & Exercise Log to count and love it. but there is a fee for it. sparkpeople and fitday work as well. you may want to check the counts ... even sugar free, if a coffee is made with primarily milk, thats quite a few carbs there. just a thought.
  3. its actually starting to work for me now ... i cant believe im finally dropping weight again ... i also cant believe why i waited so long to start low carb again cause it does wonderful things to me... stats for Thursday: calories: 1009 fat: 74g (68%) carbs: 13.7g (6%) pro: 65.9g (27%) Planned today: b - 1/2 serving Muscle Milk Peanut Butter Choc l - hamburger with spicy mustard s - 3 oz salami w/ 2 ounces of cream cheese d - 4 oz beef smoked sausage so far i am down 4.4 lbs since Monday. i need to stay focused and lose another 20 or so pounds cause the week i go off of Low Carb, i normally gain about 5 pounds and i want a net loss of 20 pounds.

    you took a great first step! when i first started working out, all i did for a bit was the treadmill. play with the speed and inclines. maybe look into making an appointment with a trainer if they have them. they are worth their weight in gold. good luck!

    just checking in... wanted to tell everyone how close we are (as if you didnt already know!!) tami - so sorry to hear about your mum. you think she'd be ok staying with you and 'nursing you back'? that would keep her task oriented ... **shrug** nina - i could use a deaf ear about now too... DD is just nonstop talking!!

(started out as a scoop, didnt like it only drank 1/2) l - salad with 2.4 oz ham and a sprinkle of sharp cheddar cheese johnsonville brat with spicy mustard s - scoop of Peanut Butter chocolate muscle milk d - buffalo style meatballs
  11. renewed, glad the kiddos are better!! bloo, the mocha is good, but i prefer the caramel ... yummmmm yesterday's stats: calories: 1125 fat: 82.7g (67%) carbs: 14.6g (5%) pro: 78.8g (28%) i FINALLY got out of the 260s (been there since 19October!!) will try to write more - "getting ready" for work...

  14. yeah, im going to do this as long as i can stand it. i know low carb works for me ... well, it has in the past.. we'll see about now.

    LOL ... and i dont worry about Protein. as long as i get a minimum of 60g in a day, im good. if i shoot up to 100 for a day, all the better. i need as much protein as i can get with my upcoming plastics. that's the beauty of the band. you can pick a plan that works for you and stick with it. :wink2:

    i agree. go on as many consults as you need to do in order for YOU to feel comfortable with not only the surgeon, but their procedures and their office staff. i lucked out with 3 consults. grrrr, karey. the state of mind im in right now, i probably would have outted the one w/ the BA & TT.
  22. renewed, thanks... it's been a jouney to say the least ... 4 pounds? wow, that is amazing. i am down 1.2 since my weigh in on Monday. not bad. i did expect more with Atkins though. **shrug** hopefully im just retaining Water and it will escape soon. i just wanna get in the 250s .... is that too much to ask? :biggrin:

    cerrin, i've never found real crab meat in the bag. what brand is it? is it very $$? the 'tub' i get costs about 15 for a tad over a pound i believe.

    no and i really wish there was. even my food log has it in their activity section (2 settings i believe, passive and active :biggrin:) i've actually forgotten to take it off a couple of times when just bottoms were removed (way tmi - sorry) and the cals per minute burn was interesting. not as much as i thought it would be. i told DH if i didnt go work out, he'd have to help me out ...
