Sorry, I just got your message. So far the post op diet is okay. I dont think I am getting enough protien. I have the chills tonight so I am having an extra protein drink. I also dont think I am getting enough calories. I am walking and more active, but I need to make sure I am getting the right nutrients. My incisions arent so bad today, I only took my hydrocodene once today. I am trying to switch to liquid tylenol. How are you doing??
