I understand! I've lots 50-75 pounds four or five times over now, also. It's not the losing part that kills me, I can set my mind to losing and follow through with a plan very well. It's the long term keeping with everything that has killed me my whole life. I lose down to a point where I get content and lose my drive. I feel like this band is the only way I'm going to break through the 300 mark.
