I always keep on eye on you, cause you are really loosing the weight fast and you are very motivated. You seem to follow all the rules and exercise to the max. That is amazing.

What are you eating typically for Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner? You have been able to do portion control from Day #1 even during the early onset, when the band it not working at it's max. I have not had that much control. Anyway, just curious what you are eating and the amounts.

I think we need to call this mini forum here "Ask Betsy"! You are a big help to all of us! I noticed your update on Nioxin. I bought the shampoo/rinse. You must of thought the pills were the best choice.

I am out of surgery doing ok. At home - question - can you use suppositories? The gas pains are horrible....walk, gas-x etc. Thanks! Terri

You have been banded a while and have seen a lot. Have you seen any instances of where the Lap-Band gets wrapped around vital organs?
