  1. I put sugar free instant jello pudding in the shake like pistaticho or any flavor (1 table spoon worth)
  2. It felt like a pin prick. If you vomit you need a slight unfill. Fills should never cause you to vomit!! Wendy

    Everything has been said already. I wanna wish you luck. Every day is a new day to start over. Great that you are back on the bandwagon so to speak. Go slow and ask your dr for instructions today don't wait for your next appointment and do research. There are a lot more rules. Just remember to take things slow cause you may feel good but your body needs time to heal. Wendy

    So upset....

    Do you throw up because of what and how you eat or that you can not eat at all?? Only you can answer that. First of all speaking for myself only- Sandwiches are totally out. Protein first. cut the food so small i have heard a finger nail, 1/2 an eraser or 1/2 a dime. Then chew chew chew then chew some more. Eat your portion then walk away, no more than 20-30 min. My portion is less then 1/2 a cup sometimes a 1/2 a cup. Listen to your body. Being full vs satisfied is something to learn. Good luck any questions call dr. Give it 1 day or two at most wendy

    i keep buying belts that are too big even tho i measure them. Just not used to buying belts

    Bread, rice and pasta

    The answer is every "body" is different. I can not eat pasta or rice ( a few noodles maybe) cause i feel uncomfortable. Bread for the most part is out for me. Once in a while i can have a few bites. Not worth it for me. Good Luck Wendy

    Unlike a fill an unfill I have felt immediately. You maybe swollen from the bug too. Give it another day or to on liquids but not much more. Wendy

    healthififying the holidays?

    Happy Chanukkah or any way you choose to spell it. Sweet potatoes are better as all have stated above. Honestly it isn't chAnukkah for me with out an old fashion latke. What i do is i have 1 latke and may have a sweet potato. it isn't going to kill me and then i walk away. Since i make them i will only make a few so as not to tempt myself. The frozen ones do not tempt me. If you choose to have one my suggestion is go slow and chew chew chew. Happy chanakah and my the lights of the menorah bring warmth to your home and your heart. Wendy

    check the carbs , sugar and protei. I didnt think slim fast was high in protein, i could be wrong

    Do you have high blood pressure, sleep apnea? Those will help qualify. Go to a seminar and ask. iam not sure what your insurance qualifications are. wendt
