  1. How are you doing? I am sorry I have been out of the loop lately! Tell me how did surgery go and how are you?

  2. How are you doing? Hope all is going well!!

  3. How are you doing?

  4. I am glad to hear from you, I haven't been on the computer much. I am still a little sore but for the most part doing very good. I am not hungry very much but when I am I have a shake. How are you doing on the shakes?

  5. I thought I would stop by and check on you to see how your doing. I am feeling pretty good, and did it all without pain meds :o! What are you having troubles with if anything? Maybe we can help each other through!

  6. Oh how special. How old are your daughters? I have had a very hard time with the pre-op. It is hard trying to do so many liquids and shakes. Our tummy's are still the same size, and still want to be full. I am so glad that the lap-band is a tool to help a person to feel full. I know how to eat right and how to eat healthy, I just let myself go. I feel like this is a 2nd chance. What are you doing for your pre-op program? Also, I am here for you also, and will do anything I can to help!

  7. How are you feeling? Did you go back to work today?

  8. Nice to meet you Dee. That is amazing you already have a date, congratulations! I am still learning everyday about the surgery and the does and don'ts. My surgery will be this Thursday, I am very excited. I have found alot of support from the online groups, and they seem to understand you when others don't. Like myself you have a high bmi, but you know what it's ok, we can and we will do this.

  9. Hi Stacey,

Well did you get it? I can not believe you have to go back to work tomorrow. I am sorry I am late responding to you, I would like to have been able to cheer you on! My surgery is on the 8th. I haven't been doing very well on the pre-op, but my doc only requires liquid 2 days prior to surgery. I have been over 300 lbs for years, I can't wait to be under the 300 mark. I only live about an hour from you, where was you surgery? Mine will be at Park Plaza Hospital in Houston. I am getting not really nervous, but excited. I am so ready, I just want to be healthy. Please let me know how things went with you. I am glad we have "met", its nice to have someone to relate to.
