Hey there....Doc told me to wait until my appt. on Nov. 1st. They had to do alot of removal of scar tissue and such...so I guess he wants me to take it easy. I was in surgery for 4.5 hours for my slipped band, so I'm going to do exactly as he says...lol...I don't wanna go through that again. I did however get the ok to walk upto 5 miles a day. We are on our way )
