Hi Jaytee....nope...no support group yet. I just hate driving in to Louisville. Especially at night. I wish there was something on this side of the river where I feel more comfortable!

Hi JayTee! Yes, I remember. Well, the surgery went well and I have healed back to what I felt like before surgery. I was pleased with doctor Shina. Maybe not the best bedside manner it's true...but a good surgeon which is where it counts. Also I have noticed that he has loosened up a bit now that I go to his office for follow-ups. I have only had 1 fill so far. Not much weight loss, but I know this is slow going...so I am not going to rush things. The first fill really hasn't done much but I am due for another one next week. We shall see what that does. That's about it for me...how are you doing? Are you going to the support meetings? I need to start as I haven't gone yet. I just need to learn when the next one is. Hope you are doing well and that the surgery is working for you.

Thanks BG! That makes total sense to me. I am really trying to listen to my body cues for food, and I am not eating unless I'm hungry...but dang...when you are rumbling down there...then it's time to locate some chow!
