Oh no, Oh no no no no no

((((globetrotter))))) Sorry youre going thru this. I know you track your food intake, go back and look if there is something you may have added since your weight gain. I have read someone was tracking everything except coffee creamer and that was the culprit for her. She thought because it wasnt much-she didnt track it daily- but it was enough, when she stopped it, the wt loss started again. Another thought- could it be related to menstration? Just a thought...

On my way to the hospital

Good luck sweetie!! you are right, THIS IS FOR YOU!! AND YOURE DOING IT!!! TAKE CARE!!
  11. I agree with the other posts, but do have some advice- do you actually monitor/measure your fluids/food?, I know that was a big one for me, I was at a stall and decided to go back to my dr guidelines and follow them step by step. Once I did this, I started losing again. Remember that 2 oz is like a 1/4 cup, not 2 oz in weight. I cannot eat more than 1/4 anything or I get "THAT" feeling..ugh its disgusting... I experienced it prolly 4-5 times due to my head telling me I could fit more in there- but my sleeve works by telling me "no you cant!" Hope this helps!

    Update

    WOW U LOOK GREAT!!
  18. woo hoo girl look at you GO!!

  19. Your body is most likely in a stall, which happens to us all. From what Ive read, its where your body is trying to catch up to your wt loss. The stall can last anywhere from couple days to months! Mine lasted 3 weeks. Try 'throwing in a wrench' in your daily food intake (as Tiff would say) up your calories couple hundred just one day, your body may be getting used to your same ol daily routine. mix it up a little, keep your body confused... hope this helps..
  20. I did good yesterday, SO proud of my sleeve!!

  21. This thought has crossed my mind too, if I forget to take it, my tummy rumbles and it 'seems' like I'm hungry (I feel the acid with the rumbling). With the rumbling noise, my mind goes into a 'let eat' mode. If I take it, I have to set an alarm to eat otherwise I forget!

  24. Hi Sassy! I have wanted the sleeve in Jan 2010, GYN told me I needed a total hysterectomy in April 2010 - I WAS DEVASTATED! I had to put my sleeve on hold but knew my GYN was right so June 2010 I had the hysterectomy, I did ask that they be done together but the answer was no, and now glad I didnt. GYN tried to do it laproscopic but after two hrs, she opened me up and took everything. I had severe stage 7 endometreosis and all my girl parts had balled together(TMI). Surgery was pretty hard on me.. BUT went ahead and pushed for my sleeve, had it done Sept 9, 2010, not near as bad as the hyster. SOOO glad I did it, I feel so much better. I am sorry you are going thru this, I wish you the best of luck, if you have any other questions PM me.

BBQ recipe post brought this question to mind

Not sure if BBQ is a trigger food for me BUT I LOVE IT! I keep all ice cream out of the house (def. a trigger food). But I have had Sweet baby rays (1 tbsp) BBQ sauce on my chicken and it satisfies me. I have taken one bite too many over the last couple months and REGRET it so I know how much I can eat and dont go past it-even if I wanted more, when my sleeve gets full -its FULL thats it-game over!! I do have trigger foods and yes the sleeve does stop me from overindulging or I get sick and puke- such an awful feeling.. Then when you start losing wt, you are feeling good about yourself and you WANT to make better choices I love my sleeve!
