    from sleeve to bodybuilder

trying to fight the saggy skin myself with weight training. I take a 1 hour long class (2 times a week) at the local Y, its called 'bodypump' you work your whole body with weights as a class. I LOVE IT! I actually think I'm becoming addicted to it. I love how my body is transforming, and it seems like my 'saggy' skin is less. Now, on the other days of the week, I take Zumba for cardio...So yep, I will fight the saggy part of this process with all my might;)

    Belly Dancing

I have been doing Zumba for the last couple weeks which incorporates belly dancing in a fun dancee kind of way. If you havent seen it on tv info mercial check out zumba.com you can order the dvds! I have to say, my first class at the YMCA, I was kinda intimated but now after about two weeks, I am learning the dances and getting more confident each time i go! I would recommend it to ppl looking for something different. I have a treadmill and get bored easily doing that.

    Hair Loss

my surgery was Sept 9th and yep hair is coming out! I have to say, I was freaked out when in the shower and EVERY day when rinsing my conditioner out, I would find anywhere from 8-15 hair strands left in my hand-this is EVERY DAY! So I have decided not to wash my hair every day but every other, and stuff like volumizer/thickener. My blood tests were done, everything was in check so I will wait this one out. It's a small price to pay, my sleeve is amazing!
  21. I FIRMLY BELIEVE MOST NUTS JUST DONT GET THE SLEEVE!! Pam, Congrats on your weight loss!! I tried to wean off the PPI but felt like I was hungry all the time (wanting to graze), when i went back on the PPI, that feeling left, my surgeon told me I could have up to 2 per day! My feeling on this is do what is working for you!

    The scale

Mine does that too, so I keep stepping on til I get 3 consecutive readings in a row. I bought mine at walmart and it was a cheap one-probably why! I also changed the battery after about a year and it still does it. I'm looking at buying a drs scale-about 150~ but at least you can depend on it.
  25. Please help me, I am trying to find a dr. in Indiana that performs the VSG, I'm in southern Indiana, but I'm willing to travel-insurance says the surgery has to stay in Indiana. If you have any info PLEASE let me know. thank you, Kelly
