Just looking forward to spring after an inch of ice and an inch of snow on top today! I love gardening and have purchased seeds for the vegetable garden. Gurney's has half off today and sugar snap peas , spinach, green beans, and lettuce are so yummy home grown.

How about a birthday celebration. .... Turkey and a fresh spinach salad with lite cheese and real mayo. That was my birthday splurge. I must say at 3+ years out food is not nearly as important as the grandbaby bouncing and laughing with Grammy! What a joy!
