Hey Corinne!! That seems like the only thing I don't like about the staff that lack alot of customer service skills!! They forget to call people when the doctors call out or running late or just plain disorganized. I really like Dr. Yatco's bedside manner so professional!! I like that fact that he's willing to listen & answer all my questions for me without any problems. I'm really happy with my choice. It was either going to be him or Dr. Shah. Thank you so much for the tips I really appreciate ti alot!! I already started preparing my list of things that I am going to need before & after surgery. I am just so excited I'm fixing to bust!!! I think I'm going to look into going to one of the support groups, wowwwwwwwww!! 34lbs dang that's alot in a short amount of time!! Congrats sista!! I can't wait!!!

Hey!! I'm good!! How far are you in your process? I just finished all my appointments I met with the nutritionist & psychologist so now I am waiting on them to submit their report to my dr and then my next wait is for insurance approval. I know it's covered @ 100% and I meet all the criteria I just hope they are quick in their approval process!! I am so damn excited!! I see that you are in NC I live in Durham for a lil min. Where are you getting your surgery done at? Which hospital?

Hey Diamond!! Thanks for accepting me as a friend!! Yes, Dr. Yatco is very freindly I like how he talked with me & not at me like some doctor's that I was looking into doing my revision. He answered all my questions without any problems!! Well that is nice to know that they both numb the area. Gurl I hate needles!! How much have you loss thus far?? Do you go to any of the support groups @ Lenox Hill?? You can't imagine how excited I am right now!! I finished with all them crazy appointments so now I just have to wait to the psychologist & the nutritionist to send them their reports and wait on them to submit the paperwork to Oxford. I hope it's quick!! I'm so ready!!

I decided to go with Dr. Yatco, I like the fact that he's willing to numb the area before he does his fill!! I wish mine was quite she can be real noisy when she wants to be drives me insane!! Only thing is I can't get her to stop eating I think she is going to need a band, too!! lol!! Thanks for the add I will be checking in on you from time to time ~ Hugggggsssssss ~
