wishing i could find more to eat? I'm not eating as much as i need to!

A can of onion soup. its not creamed. put the burgers in a crock pot poor in the soup and let it simmer for a while. not so long that the burgers break up. it gives them a nice flavor and they will be soft enough to eat. let me know what you think. i guess you can also simmer it in a skillet. but since my were frozen i let them simmer in the crock pot

Woohoo, This morning is a good morning, I haven't been posting very much lately cause I have been on this stall for about a month and I was frustrated, then to wake up this morning and weigh in and I lost 5 lbs to get into ONEDERLAND!!! Woohoo, 199 baby!!!

Woot woot, hit and surpassed my current goal to my next "0" lost 4 lbs this week to hit 208!!! only 8 more lbs to hit my next goal of 200 and then it's onederland!!! What an exciting morning I am having!!!

Wow it flipped, well that stinks, but glad that things are working out better for you now!!! That is fantastic 46.8 pounds. Congrats!!! So your running a 5K, wow, that is awesome, I know I couldn't do that yet!!! I am not a good runner as it is, but I also have bad knees so that wouldn't help me either. I am doing well, I am trying to get into the solid food phase and its a lot tougher then I thought it would be, but I am getting there!!! Well Keep in touch!!! Tina

@PinkPolkadot619 2 lbs a week is a good #, believe me I don't loose 3 lbs a week very often anymore cause I am so close to my goal weight, but I am more than happy to take 3 lbs??? lol. @BladeFox Thanks mama!!! It's been a while how are you doing? Haven't seen much from you in a while?

you are so close!!! I am so excited for you! you must be feeling so much better! I know you had a lot to over come during your journey and extra healing. Your journey has been an inspiration and encouragement. I can't wait to have a 3 pound week some time again, I know I just need to do more working out. hehehe I have 28 more pounds so I know my 1-2 lbs a week is still good. I just get scared of stalling.

@PinkPolkadot619 I stalled for a good month, but that was also at the time that I had my hernia repair too, which was very discouraging, but I didn't let that stop me, I am now just picking back up and moving along. You can do this just always remember what your reason for going through this was and you will get to the end goal and you will live a better life cause you will be healthier than when you started. Don't look back always look forward!!!

wow, can't believe friday it will have been 6 months already since I have had my surgery, what feels even better is that I am past my half way point before my 6 month mark!!! I am so proud of myself, and how I have handled this!!!

Wow, I am at 65lbs lost so far and I have 10 lbs before I am at my half way mark, that is crazy to me and I am feeling amazing!!! I am noticing my body getting smaller, and it feels so good!!!

There is no norm, it is by individual. I was down 15 after my first month? So it all goes on individual? I did have a rough start to all of this but I am good and going and going to keep on going now!!! I have my next doc appt next month, and can't wait to see my surgeon to show him how much I have lost.

Wow, I just am in awe at how much I have done in 1 year, and so proud of myself with sticking to it!!! I am now down 119 lbs and just can't be a happier person!!!

wow, yeah your diet sounds just like mine, except add Cottage cheese, and lots of yogurt!!! I do the protien drinks alot instead of the protien bars, still have a hard time with the bars. I love taking the chocolate protien drinks and adding peanut butter to it and ice and making a smoothy and OMG so yummy just like a peanut butter cup!!!

Yay!!! I did it!!! I was curious this morning about how much I'm down to and I hit my 50 lbs down and I'm so happy about it too!!! Will check in again now on Thursday my 3 month mark!!!!

Yes hit my half way point this week!!! I am down 75lbs today!!! So extremely happy!!!
