Also, once your surgeon submitted your forms to Anthem (which I work at Anthem ) Did you say Anthem called you in 3 days that you were approved or your doctor found out in 3 days after submitting that you were approved? I am getting soooo antsy! They are still waiting for my psych eval to come back first. UGH!

Thanks Lovelyqueen and Aprilapple! @ Aprilapple, yesterday the office called to tell me that all but my psych eval is in and they just got back from my insurance co (which I work at Anthem lol) that my benefits are covered. so once the psych eval returns which could be tomorrow or next week, then they have to submit everything to insurance. Whew! I hate waiting! So I am looking at probably getting banded by March.....Grrrrr!
