Girl! Wassup!? Where ya been and how you der'in? I had my 2nd fill today and I am still not convinced that I am going to feel full. I can still eat a tub or a horse right now....well as of yesterday, lol. I got 1 cc's so now I am at 6.5 cc's total. Back on the liquids for 24 hours. Hit me back!

Everything is good. Only lost 3 lbs from my last fill with was on March 17th. had my 2nd fill this morning. I'm still not a believer that I will fill this fullness everyone is talking about. I can eat a tub if I wanted to. lol! How are you coming along?

Yay me! I got my first PAINFUL fill! All of 6.5 cc's. So now i'm on liquids until tomorrow and then the pureed and so forth!

Morning. I had 4 1/2 inch stitches around my belly and one through my belly button, which my port is to the right about a inch from my belly button. They have all faded and I can't see any of them. How many did you have?

I also just found out by looking at my own claims....since I work at Anthem that I also had a hernia repair.....Ummmmmm........nobody told me or my family nothing about that, which explains why I am still so tender around my belly button. Humph! anyway, what foods are you eating now?

Glad your feeling better. I am still sore around my belly button where my port is placed and JUST found out that i am extra sore due to the doctor not informing me or my cousin who was at the hospital to pick me up that I had a hernia repair. I found that out by looking at my claims....since I work at Anthem I am able to see the claims first hand. Anyway, I am on regular foods. I only was instructed to do liquid for 24 hours after surgery, then a week on soft foods, then back to normal foods. I can't wait to get my 1st fill next Wednesday as I can eat a pig right now, lol! I mean I have no restrictions and I stay hungry since my band is empty and the swelling is apparently gone down.

I'm glad you're feeling great and have such wonderful support. I didnt have much of that. I am doing great and now that the swelling has went down around my band, I am mega hungry (which I dont like) and i have til the 17th until my 1st fill....Grrrrrr! My port area is still swollen and tender to the touch. They say it should feel better before my 1st fill.

Went yesterday for my incision check. I have til the 17th to get my 1st fill. Glad the gas isnt bothering you and lately I have been hearing about so many people with hernias they didnt know about. Wow! they filled it already? I wish they would have filled mine 2 weeks ago because I am already able to eat the amount I ate Pre-surgery. I don't get my first fill until next wednesday. tomorrow is incision check. The only thing that still hurts on me is to the right of my belly button where I guess my port is. Glad your doing great!

hee Hee! I know that's right! Also, I am started ot feel a lot less restriction when eating . I guess my swelling is going down around my band and I have 20 more days to get my first fill. *Sigh*! Hope I dont gain my 28 lbs I just lost! Grrrr!

I'm feeling great other than that stupid port area. Causing a Diva to Rock stretchy pants and leggins. Tried to rock my jeans but ummmmm, it was rubbin across that belly button, and BABYDIVA, I was about to walk around in panties at work, so I did lunch (Shopping) at Walmart to buy a pair of leggings to get me through the rest of the day. Humph! So since you're staying over night, you will be out of commission from Lapbandtalk.com for a few days huh?

Wait! Pump the brakes!!! Why you gotta stay over night honey for just a lapband? Now I do know with the new "Rose" procedure for those who once had gastric bypass and either it didnt work or they gained all the weight back, people stay over night, however, not with the lapband. So Wassup with that? I have the Realize Band C Which i found out the "C" stands for Curved. The other Realize band isnt curved. Hit me back!
