Thanks to the bodybugg tracking my calories out, and my annoyingly consistent logging of calories in, I'm down 4.2 pounds since last Sunday! I'll take that Can't wait to see my doctor this Wednesday for a LapBand fill so I can stop being hungry!

To whom it may concern: I have already put in 23 hours of work this week (if you don't count the lesson planning and grading on the weekend)...can you please make sure I get home by 5:30pm today? I have some DVR to watch. Thank you! <3 Joia

Trying to be productive...already hit the post office, now getting some Starbucks before I head off to get my car washed. It really needs some internal cleaning love!

Weak, body ache, in and out of sleep all day, woke up with the chills even though I was fully wrapped in a blanket...this isn't looking too good...I didn't even get over the last bout of sickness! And, yes, I DID get a flu shot and a whooping cough shot this year.

Wow - not only someone from Bakersfield, but a teacher too! I'm a high school teacher at Ridgeview...we should be friends!

Wow...what a good, long day. My freshmen shocked me - they took 2nd place in the section (county) tonight, and one of my girls took 2nd high individual! Way to start out the competition season! I feel good when they accomplish good things, and enjoy the time outside of the classroom with kids - reminds me why I got into ag teaching in the first place.

Yay for Friday! Time for an awesome day at school, then a weekend girls trip! Will we get to meet Simon Cowell???
