Lapband surgery is a dream come true for me.  I have wanted to have the surgery for the last 7 years but my insurance never covered it.  Then, I lost my job and now my new employer's insurance covers it.  It was like it was supposed to happen at this time in my life.  This is going to be a wonderous journey for me.  I am ready to be the one in control.  I will revisit this as my journey continues.  I am due to have my surgery on January 15th.
