  1. You look awesome!! Having your Girly bits moved takes getting used to doesn't it?
  2. Have any of you tried the new Protein To Go shots? Do they taste good? Are they really a good source of protein?
  3. Yay!! I'm glad your doing well! I had a pain pump with mine and never really experienced pain. Hopefully you will be the same way:)
  4. I had a TT with breast lift and implants in December. In 3 days I was back up at my kids school functions. I was sore but never in pain. I had a pain pump though for the first 2 1/2 days.
  5. ((HUGS)) Amber. A friend of mine has the vertical sleeve. She said it works as long as you don't overeat. She has stretched hers from overeating and gained back about 20 pounds. I will say though, if anything ever happens to my band I will try the sleeve next.
  6. Okay normally my band goes back and forth. I'll be tight for a whole and then loosen up for a while. For the past two months I've been super tight though so I got .25 cc's removed a month ago. For the first 3 weeks after that I was still swollen and pretty tight. Saturday I threw up from drinking something that was too thick. Then suddenly on Sunday... Bam my swelling and most of my restriction was gone. I'm able to drink with my meals and I haven't been able to do that in a year. Is something wrong with my band? I haven't been this loose in such a long time. I'm not in pain though and no reflux or indigestion. I should add, I do have some restriction because I still can't eat bread.
  7. Monday will be 2 weeks since my unfill. You make a good point though. It takes a little over 2 weeks for all my swelling to leave when I get a fill. I'll wait another week and see where I'm at.
  8. I had mine done in Texas. I had the no drain method and also had a breast lift and implants for only $11K total. I'll PM you with the details.
  9. I'm almost to goal and I've been feeling super tight lately out of nowhere. For 2 weeks I didn't eat anything solid really and then I went for an unfill. The PA took out .25 CC's. I'm better now except, I'm tight at breakfast and lunch, so tight I can't do solids but by supper I'm loose enough that I can eat pretty much anything I want and really too much of it. I know a lot of bandsters are like this. Should I just go with and do shakes for breakfast and lunch and eat at supper?
  10. Yes, you'll have to wait up to 30 days for approval first. Your almost there though!! Good Luck!!
  11. Oh and none of us are perfect hun:) Did you have drain tubes with yours or no?
  12. Wow!! You look amazing!!! Congratulations!!
  13. These are at 7.5 weeks: These are a bit blurry but they are at 8 weeks in lowrise jeans:) My PS will take more next month and then give me a copy of his before and afters. I will post them when I get them. Thanks for all the well wishes guys! I'm back to full activity now. Even jogging again:) I still have some swelling but it should subside in a few more weeks.
  14. It will pull up a small amount of it. It pulls up what is at the top inner thighs. When they pull the skin up to tighten the groin area it pulls the upper inner thigh tighter also.
  15. Just take it easy. You may feel fine afterwards but you aren't. Don't over do it.
  16. I'm not affiliated at all but I tried this and it's awesome! The meat is so so tender. http://www.pureandnaturalspices.com/product_p/sku16371.htm They sell samples if you want to try it before buying a large jar.
  17. The exercise is a slow start. I still have some pulling in my belly from my recent tummy tuck so I'm having to build back up slowly.
  18. I was started on a new med that says it may cause weight gain. I've been on it 3 weeks. Anyway, I'm eating 1300 calories a day. 70 grams of Protein, 14-16 grams of Fiber and less than 100 carbs a day and I'm jogging 30 minutes 3 times per week and I've gained 2 pounds. I know that doesn't sound like much to some of you but I need to get a handle on it before it's 5 pounds, 7 pounds, 10 pounds. Ideas on what to change up? I'm 150 and I'm trying to get to 135.
  19. This is true stomach growling, churning hunger. I take Wellbutrin also but it's not enough to keep me stable.
  20. I was just diagnosed and put on Abilify. I love it! It makes me feel awesome, better than I've felt in years. The only problem? It makes me so super, super hungry!! I've lost so much weight so this hunger is really bothering me. I'm watching everything I eat and so far I'm doing fine but I'm scared I will start slipping and gain some of my weight back:( Any tips on coping with this?
  21. Okay here's an update, I saw my psychiatrist again and IryshGreene is right. He said I am bipolar. He started me on a mood stabilizer and my world is already a much happier calmer place:) I'm glad to have an answer and to be feeling decent for now.
  22. Do any of you know if a regular family doctor can be certified by Allergan? I just find the whole thing odd. Where I live at family doctors do not see you for anything that a surgeon did. They want the surgeon to follow you up.
