Oh man that totally sucks!!! But, I guess better to find out now and get things under control then to be surprised at surgery and have problems. Don't give up, 6 months isn't so long....okay, so it's really going to feel like forever but it is so worth it! We had a mini-ice storm last week and I actually got out and rode our sled with my son, I was up and down our hill a million times (could barely walk the next day) but it felt so good to be out there with him....that one day made the entire surgery worth it!! I keep thinking I'm going to wake up and have lost 10 pounds the day before...but, sigh, not happening so far...a pound at a time but I'll take it. Can't wait for my next fill and to get a little more restriction! I know, I know, be patient...not my strong point! Take care and you have no idea how much better you're going to feel after you get your c-pap! You'll be a new woman!!!

I am really really good. Dr. Baker did my surgery at Baptist Dec. 16th. Dr. Wellborn is doing one of my dearest friends this Friday, I'll be sure to let you know how it goes! The weight loss has slowed but is about a pound a week, I can still eat more than I should but not as much as I did and am anxious for my next fill (2 week)...but I feel great. I'm only about 30 minutes from Little Rock so the travel isn't such a big deal for me. I would encourage you to take a pillow to the hospital with you to hug on for the drive home, it wasn't terrible, but those bumps hurt and the pillow helps! I know you must be going crazy waiting to hear something!!! Good luck, let me know how things are going!
