so i just made my appointment for the psychology and i am so nervous , my question is what do they ask you ? what do they dis qualify you for ? and would they disqualify me for having anxiety , depression , and being in the hospital before for it ?

Don't worry about it! Stay calm and you'll do fine! Keep it light when talking to the Psychologist. Don't get deep w/ her/him. This is not the appointment for that! Always stress that the reason for the band is so that you get healthy again and feel better about yourself. Don't mention the prior hospitalizations for anxiety or anything else like that! The questions are easy and repetitive. Good Luck, you'll do fine!
