I'm so nervous Jenn! My surgery is Wednesday also! We need to be band buddies! My doctor didn't give me any info on a post op diet, but I went out and bought a bunch of juice and whatnot today. Where did you get the protein powder from? I'm so confused. All the juices have sugar in them, and I thought we werent supposed to have any sugar?
