LOL its nothing special. I just got the sugar free chocolate from Walmart in the ice cream mix package, it says use x amount of chocolate sauce, and that was sugar free too, the only thing I did use that was not too diet friendly was whole milk, It just tastes funny with 2% or less.

No problem MsGal. Each Dr is different. Mine just kinda told me to go with what my body could tolerate. I had soup today again, but I think I overdid it now I am miserable :/ So tomorrow I'm going back to just the solid liquids.

My Dr told me I could walk, walk, walk, walk ...lol no lifting no heavy cardio. No water aerobics yet, give that about a month.

Otherwise, just be gentle on myself.
