hey betsy. I need some advice and thought you would be the perfect person to give it! i have lost 60 lbs....easily. i havent counted calories or really been on a 'diet' well i have been at 197 for almost two weeks now....working out one to two hours almost every day, doing different exercises every day. so i am thinking it is what and how i am eating...it is time to go on a diet (or a sorta diet...) anwyas i know you do low carb and so i was hoping you could give me some ideas....i did atkins once and last a whole two weeks i got so very bored with it....so do you have any suggestions and foods you love? thanks! you are such an inspiration
