I can't believe the Caps got us - ugh - Wings aren't having a great year.

I did 3 miles on the treadmill last night in an hour - I haven't done 3 miles in years. lol

Surgery was yesterday i'm doing awesome. I'm mobile and drinking my fluids. gas pain was no issue - I just feel like I had a nice ab blast workout. woohoo. I'm so happy.

Day 7 of the liquid diet - lost 20 pounds so far - surgery tomorrow at 7:30am woohoo

Day 4 of the liquid diet and I've lost 10 pounds - yipeee

day 2 I'd kill for a cheeseburger right now. LOL

hey all - I started my liquid diet today - so far I'm hungry but managing - I did get to eat some sugar free jello and a pineapple cup. yummy thank god for the pineapple. lol
