God Bless you Brutha ! I pray that your surgery is a complete success. i got banded on Dec 7th last year. So far I am 60 lbs down (forever) !!!
Follow your doctors instructions and remember the band is only a tool. You must follow the rules:
1. Eat right
2. workout (daily)
3. supplements
4. water
5. Rest
