I have and it took me about 2 weeks . And they are going to pay 100%. I am going to the doc on Wed. I hope to find out my date. My Inc consulted say it would be in Jan.. She sounds pretty sure of that.

Just seeing how it's comming along with the Inc. ,,I called they are reviewing mine.

Just wanted to say I guit the day they told me I could get it using my Inc. My last day of a smoke was Oct. 14,2009 and i will not say it was easy but I really wnt the surgury.
