    Hey all! Got banded Nov 2, 2009! Went to my follow up this morning and I'm down 19 Lbs! I was shocked! The doc put me on the mushy stage and I'm looking forward to something a bit more satisfying! Starting weight was 238...current is 219 and my goal is around 130. I'm loving it!
